(Leaf Vegetables Moringa)

Kelo in tribal language Kaili which means vegetable leaves of moringa (Moringa
oleifera) is vegetable typical ground kaili (Palu, Donggala, Sigi and
Parigi-Central Sulawesi), as the name implies this vegetable is made of the
main ingredients Moringa leaves younger who cooked coconut milk with some
material other
additives are blended with a very simple seasoning. Palu
Palu City, Donggala, Sigi and Parigi is synonymous with this vegetable. This
vegetable also clear (without coconut milk) with the same name designation
usually with additional material pipil young sweet corn / baby corn, carrots or
eggplant. This
widely consumed for those who do not like vegetables bersantan. The
following materials and how to make it:
Material :

Moringa
leaves young has been separated from the leaf stalk (15 stalks of Moringa)
·
500
cc of liquid milk from 1 coconut fruit
·
150
cc thick coconut milk
·
8
young kepok sliced banana, or 5 pieces of eggplant sliced
·
20
pieces of green chilies
·
Dry
Ebi handful (lamale Ngau)
·
Flavoring
to taste
·
Salt
to taste
·
Corn
rice
·
Dried
fish fry
·
Boiled
potato
·
Sambel
Terasi
1.
Cayenne pepper puree with salt green.
2.
Liquid
coconut milk with chili cooked to a boil, then add salt, flavoring, dried
shrimp and banana kepok / eggplant, when it is boiling and
bananas has been padded, enter the moringa leaves.
3.
Mix well, if
the leaves look limp and cooked, add coconut milk.
4.
Wait a
minute until boiling, vegetable ready to be appointed and served.
5.
Together eaten
corn rice or boiled potatoes and Dried Fish.
